Booking & Cancellation Policy

This notice period is based on the fact that you are booking as a solo visitor or as part of a very small group, and it requires additional time for the retreat to accommodate other potential bookings, should your plans change.


Bookings (longer than 2hrs):


  1. A week's notice is preferred on the longer healing immersions such as the half day and full day stays due to the individual targeting of preparation, with a 50% deposit.  This will secure your reservation and the beginning of work on your program.
  2. 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you decide to cancel the reservation, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. This extended notice period is due to the fact that you are booking the entire place, and it requires additional time for the spa to accommodate other potential bookings.
  3. Full Refund with 48-Hour Notice: If you cancel your reservation with at least 48 hours' notice, you will be eligible for a full refund of the prepayment made at the time of booking. The spa retreat recognises this notice period as reasonable for them to adjust their schedule and potentially offer the space to other customers.
  4. Full charge will be processed within 24hours of your booking and will only be refundable under exceptional circumstances.


Bookings (2hrs duration and less):


  1. Prepayment: Upon booking the entire place at the day spa retreat, a prepayment of 50% of the total cost is required. This serves as a deposit to secure the reservation.
  2. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you decide to cancel the reservation, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. This extended notice period is due to the fact that you are booking the entire place, and it requires additional time for the retreat to accommodate other potential bookings.
  3. Full Refund with 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel your reservation with at least 24 hours' notice, you will be eligible for a full refund of the prepayment made at the time of booking.
